-You must have at least 5 meals in your cart in order to place an order.

- We deliver in all of New York City 5 boroughs and Nassau and Suffolk counties. You can input your zipcode to see if your location is eligible for delivery before placing the order.

- We charge a $10 delivery fee per order.

Question: When will my meals arrive?

-Orders placed by 10 a.m. Friday, will be delivered and fullflled on Sunday between 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.

-Yes, macronutrients of all the meals can be found on our website and also with each order.

Question: How long will my meals last in the fridge?

- Meals can be stored in the refrigerator for upto 7 days. However, if you have extra meals, they can be frozen and stored away for upto a month.

-You can simply make an account on our website to subscribe to weekly meals or just place a one time order.

Question: Can I pause my account?

-Yes, you can pause or delete your subscription at any time on our website. You can also contact us and we will happily take care of that for you.
